Tuition Payment Opportunities
- Payment Dates: You may choose from a variety of payment dates. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards. A fee will be charged if a credit card is used.
- Enrolling in FACTS: You will set up a FACTS payment plan when enrolling your student online for the next school year.
- Convenience & Security: Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank-to-bank transaction.
- Consumer Account: You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home, mobile device or office anytime.
Once you’ve completed the online enrollment form, you will receive an invitation from FACTS to choose a payment plan.
We have three payment options for the 2025/2026 school year:
- Annual payment with a 3.5% discount
- Payment by semester with a 2% discount
- Monthly automatic payment plan
Financial Aid Information

CVA uses the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to evaluate requests for financial aid.
Families applying for financial aid will complete an application and submit prior year tax forms to FACTS Grant & Aid by July 1. If you would like to complete an application online, you may use the secure FACTS website.
The following is required for FACTS to process an application:
- Submitted online application
- Payment of the application fee
- Copies of your previous year tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps (SNAP), Workers’ Compensation, and TANF Benefits
